Venetian Festival
Head to the downtown area and into East Park starting on July 16 through the 23rd for our 81st Annual Venetian Festival. Come join in a variety of events geared to delight and entertain the entire family. Each day offers fun and exciting activities ranging from spectacular fireworks over Round Lake to sporting events, not to mention the Aquapalooza boating party, free outdoor movie, and kids day! This is a week that you won't want to miss!

Charlevoix Waterfront Art Fair
The Nation's finest artists will be at the Waterfront Art Fair. They have been chosen from over 1,000 applicants who submitted their work for review. The jury has a most difficult task as this fair attracts the finest from everywhere. The fair is always held the second Saturday in August. It is the second oldest juried show in Michigan . The focus of the fair is to bring fine arts and crafts to Northern Michigan . All profits are invested in the children of the Charlevoix area to provide exposure to cultural activities not usually available in this area.

Experience the magic of autumn in northern Michigan at Charlevoix's Apple Festival, which honors local orchards who, in the spirit of the season, bring the fall harvest to you. Enjoy over 30 varieties of apples, hot food and fresh cider. A fine art & craft show takes place in East Park . Children will enjoy face painting, pony rides and a petting zoo. Bundle up and bring the family to our fall harvest bonanza! Join the festivities and show your support for local orchards, farm markets and organizations while celebrating the season in scenic downtown Charlevoix! The harvest is in!

23 Charlevoix Community Christmas Tree Lighting
Get in the spirit of the season and join the festivities at the Community Christmas Tree Lighting! Complete with a visit from Santa, ornament making, and hot cocoa and cookies. Santa lights the tree at 6pm sharp!
